Customer Service Representatives
Personal Lines:
Commercial Lines: Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required. This opening is for our Facility Assisted Living department. Responsible for incoming customer service calls. Quote and service customer accounts. Issue documents required and requested to bind/renewal/rewrite accounts. Process all endorsement requests. Prepare renewal/rewrite policies for issuance. Maintain all Policy and Underwriting files. Prepare all loss run reports. Process all cancels and reinstatements working directly with processors. Requirements: High school diploma plus a minimum of 2 years office experience or the equivalent. Location: Boca Raton.
